We're still setting up our self-serve email preferences centre. For now, to unsubscribe from any marketing emails, please:
We honour all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). In practice we usually action them within 1–2 business days.
What emails we may send
We try to keep our inbox footprint small. The emails we may send fall into these categories:
- Booking confirmations and reminders — transactional emails confirming an inspection you booked, calendar invites, and pre-flight reminders. These are part of fulfilling your service.
- Report delivery notices — an email when your inspection report is ready, with the PDF attached or linked, and SD card delivery details.
- Customer support replies — responses to questions you've sent us, follow-up on past jobs, and B2B account communications.
- Occasional marketing updates — only with your express consent (e.g., a checkbox at booking, a sign-up form on the site, or an explicit B2B agreement). Examples: seasonal reminders for property managers, contractor volume program updates, or major service changes. You can opt out at any time.
How we handle consent
We follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL):
- Marketing emails go only to people who've given express consent, except where an existing business relationship gives implied consent within the legally permitted window.
- Every commercial email identifies us by legal business name, displays a valid mailing address, and includes a clearly visible unsubscribe link.
- We do not sell email addresses to third parties or use them for purposes outside what you signed up for.
