Rooftop Drone Techs was started by a father and son team. One brings a long career in technology and IT — the systems, the booking infrastructure, the AI-assisted reporting workflow. The other brings the in-person sales experience and operational discipline that keeps a service business running on time and on promise.
We launched this business because we saw a real gap in the GTA market: roofing contractors and property managers wanted reliable, fast, well-presented aerial inspections, and most options were either expensive enterprise outfits or freelance pilots with inconsistent output. We built something in between — professional-grade work, fair pricing, and the kind of communication you'd expect from a partner, not a vendor.
We don't try to be a roofing company, a home-inspection firm, or a software platform. We do one thing: drone-based roof inspections delivered as 4K aerial imagery, a physical SD card, and a structured PDF condition report drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by an owner before you see it.
The same package goes out for every customer — whether you're a homeowner doing pre-purchase due diligence, a roofing contractor scoping ten jobs a month, or a property manager surveying a portfolio. The price scales with the property size; the quality of the work doesn't.
